Congress workers protested across the nation against the fuel price hike. Congress leader and former Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah was seen riding a cycle as a mark of protest. Protesting Congress workers in Patna were seen riding bullock carts and horse carts as part of their protest. Several Congress workers were also detained during protests in the national capital against the hike in price of petroleum and diesel.
