IOA defends Manoj Kumar's claim of foul play

Vice president of Indian Olympics Association (IOA), Tarlochan Singh backed boxer, Manoj Kumar after he complained of foul play in his match against British boxing captain Stalker who made his way to the quarter-finals and is one win away from winning at least a bronze medal following the 20-16 win.
