A businessman in Detroit, US, has launched a full-fledged alley to play 'fowling' – a new sport that combines football and bowling. Fowling, pronounced FOAL-ing, is taking hold in a re-purposed industrial warehouse near Detroit. The sport's inventor, Chris Hutt, explains the rules of the game – "We have the two boards. There's a team on one side and a team on the other. Each lane has one football. The object of the game is to knock down your opponent's 10 pins before they knock down your 10 pins throwing the one football back and forth."
