Donald Trump pitches death penalty after El Paso & Dayton mass shootings

US President Donald Trump pushed for death penalty for mass murders and hate crimes. He said he would ask the Justice Department to propose appropriate legislation. Trump's comments came in the aftermath of shootings in El Paso and Dayton. At least 30 people died in the two incidents of gun violence.
