A Vietnamese charity rescued 70 pangolins from illegal wildlife traders in the small city of Ninh Binh, in the north of the country. ‘’Save Vietnam’s Wildlife’’ halted the impending illegal sale of 70 force-fed pangolins and took them back to their rehabilitation facility. Save Vietnam’s Wildlife has 121 pangolins in its care, with 45-47 due to be released into the wild soon. Pangolins are at the highest level of protection for the world’s most endangered species.
