A U.S. installation artist, turned herself into her self-portrait using her signature 2-D painting technique, in a video posted in September 30.Alexa Meade is known primarily for her painting of the human body, which makes 3-dimensional humans look like 2-dimensional painting characters.The artist decided to try the technique on herself in a Los Angeles studio earlier this year and to create a video that showcases her special painting style.Meade told Reuters that the idea to create the illusion of making 3D world appear to be a 2D came up to her accidentally in 2009.Since than she has painted various models grabbing international attention and becoming an Internet sensation.
