Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has admitted the failure of his country’s forces in minimising civilian casualties in besieged Gaza. Netanyahu told CBS News that Israel has been “doing everything” in minimising civilian toll in Gaza, but unfortunately its attempts were “not successful”. More than 11,500 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli strikes since October 7, including over 4700 children, reported Al Jazeera citing the Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza.
