Actor-model Pamela Anderson has joined Dwayne Johnson, Zac Efron and Priyanka Chopra in the star-studded big screen adaptation of Baywatch.
Dwayne The Rock Johnson announced the 48-year-old star’s involvement in an Instagram post he shared on Thursday night, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Captioning a photograph of him posing with the former Playboy playmate, the actor wrote: “She introduced the world to ‘CJ Parker’ and became one of the most iconic characters of a generation -- for the most successful TV show of all time.”

The Baywatch movie is directed by Seth Gordon and will centre on the leader of an elite group of lifeguards (Johnson) who is forced to team up with a young former Olympian (Zac Efron) in order to save the beloved bay.
Taking over the role of CJ Parker from Anderson is Kelly Rohrbach. Alexandra Daddario and Indian actor Priyanka Chopra are other names set to star in the film that is scheduled to be released in US on May 19, 2017.
