Rajasthan Election 2022: Amreli Assembly Seat

In the Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election 2017, Amreli constituency had 9 candidates for assembly seat contention. Amreli was one of 77 seats won by the Indian National Congress. Indian National Congress's Paresh Dhanani won the election by upstaging Bharatiya Janata Party's Bavkubhai Undhad by a margin of 12,029 votes.

97.1% of votes were split between top 2 candidates. Indian National Congress's Paresh Dhanani secured a total of 87,032 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Bavkubhai Undhad got 75,003 votes. Independent candidate Shukla Bhargavkumar grabbed 1,483 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties got 52.1%, 44.9% and 0.9% respectively.
