Rajasthan Election 2022: Nandod Assembly Seat

In the 2017 Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election, there were 7 candidates in the fray from Nandod constituency. Nandod was one of 77 seats won by the Indian National Congress. It was a close contest with Indian National Congress's Vasava Premsinhbhai Devjibhai winning the election upstaging Bharatiya Janata Party's Tadvi Shabdasharan Bhailalbhai by a margin of just 6,329 votes.

94.8% of the total votes were casted to top two candidates. Indian National Congress's Vasava Premsinhbhai Devjibhai got a total of 81,849 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Tadvi Shabdasharan Bhailalbhai got 75,520 votes. Janata Dal (United)'s candidate Tadvi Jesangbhai Ranchhodbhai grabbed 2,329 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties secured 49.3%, 45.5% and 1.4% respectively.
