Rajasthan Election 2022: Mangrol Assembly Seat

In the Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election 2017, Mangrol constituency had 7 candidates for assembly seat contention. Total 99 seats were won by the Bharatiya Janata Party, Mangrol was one of them. The election for Mangrol seat was comfortably won by Bharatiya Janata Party's Vasava Ganpatsinh Vestabhai defeating Indian National Congress's Vasava Nansingbhai Nandariabhai by a huge margin of 40,799 votes.

106.2% of the total votes were casted to top two candidates. Bharatiya Janata Party's Vasava Ganpatsinh Vestabhai got a total of 91,114 votes, while Indian National Congress's Vasava Nansingbhai Nandariabhai got 50,315 votes. Bhartiya Tribal Party's candidate Vasava Utambhai Somabhai grabbed 7,183 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties secured 68.4%, 37.8% and 5.4% respectively.
