Telangana Election 2022: Anklav Assembly Seat

In the Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election 2017, Anklav constituency had 9 candidates for assembly seat contention. Total 77 seats were won by the Indian National Congress, Anklav was one of them. The election for Anklav seat was comfortably won by Indian National Congress's Amit Chavda defeating Bharatiya Janata Party's Hansakuvarba Janaksinh Raj by a huge margin of 33,629 votes.

The top two candidates split 97.4% of votes between them. Indian National Congress's Amit Chavda got a total of 90,603 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Hansakuvarba Janaksinh Raj secured 56,974 votes. Bahujan Samaj Party's candidate Prakashbhai Maganbhai Parmar secured 1,071 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties got 59.8%, 37.6% and 0.7% respectively.
