Telangana Election 2022: Gadhada Assembly Seat

In the 2017 Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election, there were 8 candidates in the fray from Gadhada constituency. Gadhada was one of 77 seats won by the Indian National Congress. Indian National Congress's Maru Pravinbhai Tidabhai won the election upstaging Bharatiya Janata Party's Atmaram Makanbhai Parmar by a margin of 9,424 votes.

96.5% of votes were split between top 2 candidates. Indian National Congress's Maru Pravinbhai Tidabhai secured a total of 69,457 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Atmaram Makanbhai Parmar got 60,033 votes. Independent candidate V. V. Parmar grabbed 1,361 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties got 51.8%, 44.7% and 1.0% respectively.
