Anushka and Varun love food so much that for their latest appearances on two television shows they will be seen cooking and eating some traditional Maharashtrian dishes. What better reward for a job well done than snacking on vada pao and delicious modaks?

On Tuesday, Anushka and Varun promoted Sui Dhaaga on popular reality singing show, Indian Idol — judged by music director Anu Malik and singers Vishal Dadlani and Neha Kakkar — where Varun participated in what looked like a vada pav eating contest. Varun and Anushka will be seen with TV actors like Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya and Karishma Tanna. Urmila Matondkar, who took a break from the spotlight after her wedding with actor Mohsin Akhtar Mir in 2016, will be performing on the Pinga song from Bajirao Mastani on the five-day show that will premiere during the upcoming Ganesh festival, Mumbai Live reported. Ganesh Chaturthi falls on September 13.
