Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, which was Aditya Chopra’s directorial debut, released on October 19, 1995. Even 22 years after it was first screened, the film is as fresh in cinegoers’ hearts. Nothing proves this more than the fact that the Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol starrer still runs to packed shows in Mumbai’s Maratha Mandir, that has been screening the film for two decades now.
