First look: Sonakshi Sinha plays a Pakistani journalist in Noor

Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha will essay the role of a journalist in the Bollywood adaptation of Pakistani novel, Karachi, You’re Killing Me!, Noor. Sonakshi’s first look from the film was released on Wednesday.

Bollywood actor Sonakshi Sinha will essay the role of a journalist in the Bollywood adaptation of Pakistani novel, Karachi, You’re Killing Me!, Noor. Sonakshi’s first look from the film was released on Wednesday.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the first look early on Wednesday. Ad filmmaker Sunhil Sippy will direct the film.

Saba took to Twitter to express her happiness over the adaptation and also posted Sonakshi’s various looks from the movie. “@sonakshisinha is in the adaptation of Karachi, You’re Killing Me! and her journo face raised eyebrow IS ON POINT,” Saba tweeted.

While the first look shows her dressed in a salwar kameez and in the other one, she is sporting a white tee with a cap. Sonakshi replied to Saba’s tweet, writing, “Thank you @SabaImtiaz! Nothing like the stamp of approval by the author itself!! #Noor.”

The film is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Vikram Malhotra.
