I would love to work with Ameesha: Ashmit

Ashmit, who has no issues in anchoring a reality show, feels that fiction shows are not his cup of tea and he’s more suited for Bollywood.

Actor Ashmit Patel, who is best known for starring in reality show Bigg Boss season 4, says he would love to work with his sister, actor Ameesha Patel. “Though there is nothing planned as of now, I would love to work with Ameesha. It would be great fun. Let’s see when that happens,” he says.

Nowadays, Ashmit is excited about hosting Superdude — the second season of the TV show Superstud. This reality show, on Bindass, revolves around 13 men, who will be mentored by Ashmit, on how to woo a woman. “The concept remains the same, but there will be changes in the format to make it more interesting,” says Ashmit, who has also worked in films such as Inteha, Murder and Toss.

Ask him about what qualities should a guy have to become a Superdude, and he says, “A guy has to be confident and respect women if he wants to be a superdude. Also, he should treat women as equals.”

There is also Parivaar, a family drama, where I am paired opposite Sara Khan. I will also be shooting a Punjabi film soon. This is my second innings and I am trying to pick the best projects,” says Ashmit. The actor has earlier worked with both Veena and Sara in Bigg Boss.
