It revolves around the struggle and hardships the actor and his family faced when his son, Ayaan, was diagnosed with cancer in 2014, at the age of four. Emraan has also been reaching out to people who are suffering from cancer for some time now. For instance, a couple of months ago, he paid for the treatment of two young cancer patients in a city hospital.

A source close to the Bollywood actor now says that he wants to help as many cancer patients as possible by funding their treatment. “Many a times, the right kind of treatment cannot be provided to the patients, because it is expensive. So, Emraan has decided to donate all the royalty that he will get from the sale of his book towards the treatment of cancer patients,” says the source, adding, “Though the execution of the plan is yet to be finalised, he wants to give the funds either to a cancer hospital or an NGO that takes care of cancer patients.”Though Emraan remained unavailable for a comment, the Bollywood star’s spokesperson confirmed the news.
