Salman Khan won’t be moving out of Galaxy Apartments: Salim Khan

The superstar’s father rubbish rumours of him and the rest of his family members moving out of Galaxy apartments; says the report is “foolish”.

Salman Khan’s father, acclaimed screenwriter Salim Khan, has often clarified false news reports and given justifications on the superstar’s behalf – be it addressing fans on social media regarding Salman’s tweets or coming to his aid during controversies.

New reports suggested that Salman Khan and the rest of his family were moving out of their famous Bandra home, Galaxy apartments.

Recently, HT Café got in touch with Khan for confirmation about a report that suggested that Salman and the rest of the family are moving out of their well-known home, Bandra’s Galaxy Apartments. Reports claimed that the family was shifting to another building called Little Star, also in Bandra. The news also said that Salman’s rumoured girlfriend Iulia Vantur would be living with them.

The veteran goes on to question the ethics of journalism today. “What has happened to the media?” he asks, adding, “There was a time when people had faith in journalism. Reports were published after a journalist asked and got confirmation from the concerned person. Nowadays, it’s all about printing the news [for the sake of it]. That’s because the rest of the money comes in from ads, right?”
