There are too many questions and speculations around actor Shahid Kapoor and Delhi girl Mira Rajput’s wedding, and very little information. So, we thought it was time we got you all the real gossip from this year’s most awaited Bollywood shaadi — the guestlist, menu, ceremonies, post-wedding plans et al.
When, where, who?
Sources confirm that the wedding will take place between July 6-8, either in Bali or Delhi — the families are still finalising the venue. "It will be a close-knit affair, with just 40 people in attendance. has invited them personally. There will be a post-wedding function at Mira’s Chhatarpur famhouse, with around 350 guests," says a source, wishing not to be named.
Bollywood guests include filmmakers filmmakers Kunal Kohli, Vishal Bhardwaj and Vikas Bahl.
Not a love marriage!
While most thought this was a love marriage, it was, in fact, a match made by the bride and groom’s spiritual guru at the Radha Soami Satsang. "However, the two are very much in love now. Shahid often comes to Delhi to meet ," a source tells us. Since the guru will attend the wedding, the menu at the event is strictly vegetarian.

Honeymoon
Too bad, the honeymoon will have to wait since Shahid will be back soon to start the promotions of his upcoming film with actor Alia Bhatt on July 15. Meanwhile, Mira, who has been busy doing up their new home in Juhu, Mumbai, will use up the time to make their pad prettier. "Although the interiors have not been done yet, Mira has a major say in the decisions relating to the house," a source told had us earlier.
