Sonam Kapoor, Juhi Chawla are pretty 'Punjabi kudis' on sets of Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga

Sonam Kapoor and Juhi Chawla will soon be seen sharing space on the big screen in the upcoming film, Ek Ladki Ko Dekha toh Aisa Laga in which they play two Punjabi women.

Sonam took to Instagram to share a picture of herself and Juhi, in which they exude Punjabi beauty in golden jewellery and salwar kameez. She captioned the picture, "Paaaanjaaabi kudis! #eklkdtal @iamjuhichawla."

The title of the film is borrowed from Sonam’s father Anil Kapoor's famous song of the same name. In fact, the film looks like a sequel to the hit film 1942: A Love Story, only instead of a simple romance, we will have a complicated love story and Anil will also be a part of it. He plays Sonam's father in the film as well. The teaser of the film featured Sonam, Rajkummar Rao, Anil, Juhi and their 'syaapa' love story.

Ek Ladki Ko Dekha toh Aisa Laga is directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar and produced by Vinod Chopra Films. The film will also see the father-daughter duo appear together in a film for the first times. It also marks Anil and Rajkummar's second collaboration after Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Fanney Khan.
