Sushant Singh and Ayushmann: Two is company for Parineeti Chopra

As Parineeti Chopra signs two films — with Ayushmann Khurrana and Sushant Singh Rajput respectively — after a gap of two years, we talk to her about her two co-stars.

Parineeti Chopra was last seen on the big screen in Kill Dil (2014). Now, she is set to return to acting with Meri Pyaari Bindu opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. She will also be seen in director Homi Adajania’s Takadum, with Sushant Singh Rajput.

“I think Sushant and I have the greatest on-screen chemistry because he is such a strong actor. He keeps me on my toes. He feels the same about me. So, that’s amazing because every shot comes out different, and there’s a lot of give and take,” says Parineeti.

On the other hand, Parineeti says Ayushmann has also become her “favourite.” “I think that’s because he is so much like me. Our tastes are the same, and we get along so well. Plus, we come from the same background. So, working with him has been one of the easiest and nicest experiences. Musically, we are discovering so much. We send each other new songs every day. It’s a wonderful relationship,” says the Bollywood actor.
