The company has struck a deal with NDTV, and will provide advertising, sales and marketing services to television channels run by NDTV.

Nayak has said that Aidem may look at providing consultancy in other sectors as well. “At this point we are not looking at deviating from our core competency but there is no reason not to look at other sectors,” he said.

The deal is expected to help NDTV cut costs, while Aidem, which would be working on a commission basis, claims it will have greater freedom.
