Citroen India has introduced new variants of the Aircross and C3 as part of a revised customer-centric strategy that focuses on demand-sensing and bookings-led production. The move is aimed at aligning product offerings more closely with real customer demand while reducing dealer-led inventory buildup. Under this model, select variants will be manufactured only against confirmed customer bookings.

The first outcomes of this strategy are the new Aircross X Max Turbo 5-seater and the C3 Live (O) variant, both of which are now open for bookings across India. These new variants do not get any mechanical upgrades over the models that are currently on sale in India.

The new 5-seat version of the Aircross focuses strongly on rear-seat comfort. Compared to earlier configurations, it offers an additional 60 mm of second-row knee room, a rear centre armrest with cupholders and a three-step reclining function for the rear seats. These updates are intended to make the Aircross more appealing to buyers who prioritise comfort over a third row.
The variant is available in Polar White, Deep Forest Green and Perla Nera Black, paired with Fauve Dark Brown interiors. Prices start at ₹12.41 lakh ex-showroom for the manual transmission, with availability strictly linked to customer bookings.
C3 Live (O)
The C3 Live (O) has been positioned as a value-focused offering aimed at first-time car buyers and those upgrading from entry-level models. It introduces a bundled package of over 10 convenience and technology features. Highlights include leatherette seats, a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, built-in speakers, a rear-view camera, chrome-accented fog lamps, full wheel covers and additional exterior cladding with chrome inserts.
