The Sidhi Lok Sabha constituency is one of the keenly-watched seats of Madhya Pradesh with Congress stalwart Arjun Singh’s son Ajay Singh in the fray against sitting BJP MP Riti Pathak.

Ajay Singh has served as a minister during Digvijaya Singh’s tenure as the chief minister of the state and has also been the leader of opposition in the state assembly.

The general elections will be held across India in seven phases beginning April 11 and the counting of votes will take place on May 23.
