England will face South Africa in the first Test of the four-match series at Lord’s on Thursday but the injury isn’t going to rule the wicket-keeper batsman out of the Test.
According to a report in Daily Mail, Jonny Bairstow was outdone with a yorker from the 17-year-old Arjun Tendulkar, who has practised with the England national team on previous occasions as well.
The injury was just a knock but Bairstow’s left-foot had to be temporarily put on the compressor.

In the biopic ‘Sachin – A Billion Dreams’, there were quite a few instances as well where Sachin Tendulkar could be seen guiding Arjun to bowl at the desired lengths at the nets.
Arjun Tendulkar has already represent Mumbai in under-14 and under-16 tournaments.
