IPL 2021 Highlights, Delhi Capitals (DC) vs Chennai Super Kings (CSK): In response, DC got off a decent start. By the end of the powerplay, they got to 51-2. Prithvi Shaw was dismissed on 18 by Deepak Chahar and soon after, Shreyas Iyer was removed on 2 by Josh Hazlewood. Shikhar Dhawan hit Chahar for 21 runs in one over to take DC past 50 inside the first 6 overs. Shikhar Dhawan hit 39 off 35 before becoming the sixth batsman to be dismissed. In between, Pant (15), Ashwin (2) and Ripal Patel (18) were also sent packing. Jadeja ended with a two-wicket haul. DC then needed 33 runs off 24 balls to win. Eventually, it was Shimron Hetmyer's unbeaten 28 and his 36-run stand with Axar Patel that guided DC to 3-wicket win with 2 balls to spare. DC bowlers picked up two CSK wickets in the Powerplay. While Axar Patel first dismissed Faf du Plessis on 10, Anrich Nortje got the better of Ruturja Gaikwad (13) with a ferocious bouncer. The side reached 48/2 after 6 overs. CSK reached 69/4 at the halfway stage as Axar Patel sent Moeen Ali (5) packing for his second wicket while Ashwin got the better of Robin Uthappa (19) with a carrom ball. Eventually, Ambatai Rayudu scored an unbeaten 55 and stitched a 70-run stand with Dhoni (18) to help the side post 136/5 in 20 overs.
