On Guru Nanak Gurpurab, the 548th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak, cricketing stalwarts Virender Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh with their fans.

Well known sportspersons took to Twitter to wish their fans on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti -- the birth anniversary of the founder of Sikhism, Guru Nanak.

Guru Nanak Gurpurab, also known as Guru Nanak’s Prakash Utsav, is celebrated by the Sikh community across the world and is one of the most important festivals for Sikhs.

Social media savvy and former cricketer Virender Sehwag wished his fans on the auspicious day.

Yuvraj Singh, who was also born in a Sikh family, posted a heart-warming message.

Sports Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore and VVS Laxman also wished their followers.

Saturday is the 548th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak, the first guru of the Sikhs.
