‘Yoga Se Hi Hoga’ - Virender Sehwag posts cheeky tweet on International Yoga Day

Former Indian cricket team opener Virender Sehwag, who is known for his witty and hilarious posts on social media, came up with another cheeky tweet on the occasion of International Yoga Day on Thursday.

“Yoga Se Hi Hoga ! Catch on to Yoga ! #InternationalYogaDay2018,” Sehwag wrote in his Twitter post, emphasizing on the importance of yoga in leading a healthy life.

Taking to Twitter, Rathore highlighted as to how yoga brings multiple benefits to its practitioners by taking care of their physical, mental and spiritual health.

“Yoga is the single path to attain multiple objectives of physical, mental & spiritual well-being. This International Day of Yoga let’s unite with Yoga to build a healthier #NewIndia and a happier world! #InternationalYogaDay2018,” his tweet read.

Ace shuttler Saina Nehwal and wrestler Sakshi Malik were among other members of Indian sports fraternity who also posted yoga day greetings on Twitter.

International Day of Yoga or simply known as Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21 every year since its beginning in 2015. The proposal to declare June 21, which happens to be the longest day of the year in in the Northern Hemisphere, as Yoga Day came from Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his UN address. The United Nations General Assembly later declared the date as International Yoga Day.
