Rajasthan Election 2022: Dahod Assembly Seat

In the 2017 Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election, there were 7 candidates in the fray from Dahod constituency. Dahod was one of 77 seats won by the Indian National Congress. Indian National Congress's Panada Vajesingbhai Parsingbhai won the election upstaging Bharatiya Janata Party's Kishori Kanaiyalal Bachubhai by a margin of 15,503 votes.

The top two candidates split 96.3% of votes between them. Indian National Congress's Panada Vajesingbhai Parsingbhai got a total of 79,850 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Kishori Kanaiyalal Bachubhai secured 64,347 votes. Independent candidate Bhabhor Babubhai Malabhai secured 1,784 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties got 53.3%, 43.0% and 1.2% respectively.
