Rajasthan Election 2022: Padra Assembly Seat

In 2017, 9 candidates were contesting for Padra assembly constituency seat. Padra was one of 77 seats won by the Indian National Congress. Indian National Congress's Thakor Jashpalsinh Mahendrasinh (PADHIYAR) won the election by defeating Bharatiya Janata Party's Patel Dineshbhai Balubhai (DINUMAMA) by a margin of 19,027 votes.

The top two candidates split 97.9% of votes between them. Indian National Congress's Thakor Jashpalsinh Mahendrasinh (PADHIYAR) got a total of 92,998 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Patel Dineshbhai Balubhai (DINUMAMA) secured 73,971 votes. Independent candidate Solanki Kailasben Sureshbhai secured 1,018 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties got 54.6%, 43.4% and 0.6% respectively.
