Freida Pinto, 26, is almost unrecognisable on the cover of the upcoming August issue of Interview magazine. Freida Pinto goes topless and poses donning a sultry, macabre attitude.

With dark lipstick and smokey eyes, the look for a racier, edgier Freida was the brainchild of Karl Templer.

Photographed by Mert & Marcus, she appears topless in a couple of the pictures, while she oozes oomph in others with bold make-up and blood red lines across the photos.

Pictured in clothes from Stella McCartney, Versace, Christopher Kane and others, Freida is even reported to have admitted to Dev Patel being her 'soulmate' in the interview.

Maybe this is a shout out to the Slumdog Millionaire actor's surreal, dark side.
