After doctors confirmed the surgery on Salman Khan for his painful nerve disorder was successfull, Salman Khan has now let his fans and wellwishers know that he's on his way to full recovery.
The actor has sent word to his fans that he's up and about and that there's absolutely no cause of worry, reports TNN.
The fact that Bodyguard opened to such great earnings in India and abroad has surely helped him in feeling better.
"When we told bhai that Bodyguard has already been declared a hit, he couldn't quite believe it. He's happy that the movie has been able to entertain, and that the audiences have liked his work," a source confirmed to the newspaper.
"Salman bhai is recovering," added the source.
Salman Khan was in the US getting surgery over Eid and the release of his new film Bodyguard.
