Rapper Jefe Wine, who claims to be the one in the sex tape, said that the Walk the Line singer was "100% aware" of the fact they shot the sex tape, TMZ.com reported.

Wine, who is interested in negotiate an agreement for the video to be released, denied sending the sex clip to Vivid Entertainment as his computer was stolen earlier.
