Actor Parvathy Thiruvothu shared glimpses from Dhoota season 2's pooja ceremony on her social media stories, giving fans a sneak peek into the beginning of the next chapter of the supernatural thriller. The actress, who played the pivotal role of DCP Kranthi Shenoy in the first season, was seen alongside Naga Chaitanya at the ceremony.

Adding to the occasion's significance, actor Nagarjuna Akkineni was present to give the ceremonial first clap, marking the official commencement of the shoot.

Opening up about returning to the series, Parvathy said, “It feels good to be back in this world. Kranthi has stayed with me long after the first season, and I'm excited to step into her shoes again. She's a character who is constantly searching for answers, and that pursuit of truth is something I find deeply compelling. Returning for a second season gives us the chance to revisit these characters with a deeper understanding of who they are and what drives them. Reuniting with Naga and the entire team makes it even more special, and I’m looking forward to building the world we created together."
