Machado poised for Presidency if Maduro collapses, daughter claims; 'He will fall…' | Venezuela

Maria Corina Machado’s daughter, Ana Corina Sosa, spoke emotionally about reuniting with her mother in Oslo during the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony. In an interview, Sosa described the reunion as a “dream,” recalling the risks involved and highlighting the suffering of Venezuelan families separated by political repression. She also spoke about her mother’s vision for a free Venezuela and expressed hope for dignity, opportunity, and a rebuilt future for the country. Machado, who could not attend the award ceremony itself, addressed the media the following day after her daughter accepted the prize on her behalf.
