private colonies such as Sushant Lok, Suncity and DLF, can file objections.

The MCG said this in context of objections raised by the Palam Vihar RWA. Its members wrote to the MCG expressing displeasure at the consultant’s approach to conducting civic survey of the colony without consulting them.

“In Sushant Lok and DLF, the consultants conducted survey in coordination with the members of the associations. In our colony, the consultant acted in autonomous way and did not even bother to meet us. The MCG had, before the survey, began instructing consultants to work in coordination with the association,” said Sunil Yadav, president, Palam Vihar RWA.

The consultants have submitted their reports to the MCG, which has uploaded them on its website. The assessments of deficient civic amenities in these private colonies are part of colony transfer process. V Umashankar, MCG commissioner, said, “The assessment reports have been made available on the website. If anybody – resident and developer – is not happy or have some objections they can file a reply and MCG will act accordingly.”

Earlier, representatives of DLF Phase I-III, Sushant Lok I and II, South City I and II, Ardee City, Palam Vihar, Suncity had held discussions with the MCG.
