Oscar-winning actor Julianne Moore is in talks to play villain in the upcoming sequel to the hit movie Kingsman: The Secret Service starring Colin Firth and Taron Egerton.

Details of Moore’s character are kept under wraps but she may play a negative role, reports variety.com. Samuel L Jackson played the bad guy in the original movie.

Directed by Matthew Vaughn, the 2014 film revolves around the adventures of a wayward tough (Egerton) from the wrong side of London who is taken in by a suave and sophisticated agent (Firth) and is turned into the best and brightest of operatives.

Firth is not due to come back at this stage as his character died in the first movie but rumours are that Matthew Vaughn has plans to bring him back in some capacity.
