Lion star Sunny Pawar’s second Hollywood film, Love Sonia, stars Richa Chadha

After Lion, young actor Sunny Pawar will now be seen in Love Sonia, an international project.

When eight year old Sunny Pawar attended the 89th Academy Awards, every actor wanted to click a photograph with the young star. He shot to fame when he was chosen from about 2000 kids across India to play the role of the child actor in Oscar nominated film starring Dev Patel, Lion. After a roaring welcome back home, Sunny is ready to start work on his film – another Hollywood production starring Richa Chadha.

A source reveals, “Sunny’s portrayal of the young Saroo Brierley in Garth Davis’ Lion has gotten him a lot of adulation. He could barely speak English but his communication skills more than make up for it. Even before he got back to India from Los Angeles, he has announced his next project. He will be seen in Richa Chadha starrer Hollywood production, In Love Sonia.”
