Amber Heard will play Mera in Justice League and the Aquaman movie.

The actor was supposed to fly to London this week for costume fittings for her upcoming film Justice League, in which she is playing Aquaman’s love interest Mera. But the trip was allegedly cancelled because producers believed she has lost too much weight. She is said to have lost around 9 kgs due to stress, reports tmz.com.

Heard filed for divorce from the Pirates of the Caribbean star last month amid claims of domestic abuse.

With an age gap of 22 years, the couple got engaged in January 2014.
