India had a major victory at the International court of justice on Wednesday when the UN court asked Pakistan to review the death sentence awarded to Indian national Kulkbhushan Jadhav. The 49-year-old, a retired naval officer, was sentenced to death by a military court in Pakistan on charges of of “espionage and terrorism.”
