But a wave of recent litigation by film figures including Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Karan Johar and Nagarjuna reflects a significant shift in legal discourse.
