Actor Sarat Kumar joins AIADMK

Kumar had resigned from the DMK on April 10, alleging that he was insulted and humiliated by Karunanidhi's family.

Tamil Nadu MP and actor R Sarat Kumar, who resigned from the DMK recently, and his actress wife Radhika joined the AIADMK on Monday in the presence of party supremo Jayalalithaa.

Kumar called on the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister at a house here, where she is staying for the past three days while campaigning in the district, and enrolled himself as a party member.
