Couldn't have asked for a better ending on home ground

Indian cricket is lucky to have two brilliant talents in Umesh Yadav and Varun Aaron.

Umesh, in particular, showed in the match against the Rajasthan Royals that he has the qualities of a world-class bowler. He is young, fast, positive, and athletic and has loads of talent.

Had Varun had been fit, Viru would have had three bowlers (along with Umesh and Morne Morkel) bowling between 145-150 kmph. That's a dream for a captain.

Morne also showed his class with that 19th over. That was brilliant, wasn't it?

For the first time, we got tested in the competition and we stood up to it. As we spoke after the game, the win was a result of the group being a tight unit. In tight situations we back each other well and that showed in the win over the Royals.

Winning has become a habit for us and we have now won seven so that's great.

It was a happy ending for me at the Kotla. The support we get here is terrific. The noise that the crowd made when Morne and Umesh charged in to bowl was electrifying. You could not hear a thing, but we loved it.

With 20 to get off three overs, and with a guy batting on 70 or something, Rajasthan should have won the game. It was more a case of them losing it rather than us winning it.

We now head to Jaipur for my final game of the season. If the Delhi leg is an indication, we are in for a cracker.
