Although most sequels in the west feature the same set of lead actors, our desi movies don't necessary follow this success formula.
Recently, Rohit Shetty's Golmaal Returns took off to Goa minus Sharman Joshi.

Now, it seems the sequel to Indra Kumar's Dhamaal will go on the floors without not one, but two of its original cast, Riteish Deshmukh and Arshad Warsi.

A source informs, "Dutt has been paid his signing amount. He has committed dates in January-Feb ruary 2009 for a start-to-finish schedule."

Considering that Dutt is the biggest star of the film, the schedule is being planned around the dates he has com mitted. "But Riteish and Arshad don't have dates around the time so they won't be a part of Double Dhamaal," adds the source.

"Arshad has signed up for Marching Ants' maiden production venture, The Hit. Scheduled to take off early next year, the film is being directed by Rajeev Chudasama."
