Jammu: 3 killed, 25 injured as bus falls into gorge

Three people were today killed and 25 others injured when a passenger bus rolled down into a gorge on Jammu-Srinagar national highway, police said.

"The bus, on its way to Jammu from Katra town of Reasi district, skidded off the road and rolled down into a deep gorge at Nandi, 40 km from Jammu," Jammu SSP Anand Jain said.

Three people died on the spot while the injured were rushed to a hospital where some are stated to be in critical condition, he said.
