Rain occurred at most places in Kerala and Lakshadweep. Koilandy reported an isolated heavy rainfall of 7 cm. According to meteorology sources in Thiruvananthapuram, the chief amounts of rainfall reported in cm in Aminidweep, Kannur, Kozhikode, Kochi airport, Piravom, Kudulu, Kumarakom and Mamkompu was 5 each.

Alappuzha, Harippad, Hosdurg, Peerumedu, Thodupuzha, Neyyattinkara, Thaliparamba and Vaikkom recieved 4 cm each. Forecast valid until the morning of June 13, rain or thunder showers will occur at most places in Kerala and Lakshadweep.

Heavy rainfall warning: Isolated heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely in Kerala and Heavy rainfall is likely in Lakshadweep during next 48 hours.

Fishermen warning: Strong onshore winds from westernly direction speed occasionally reaching 45-55 KMPH is likely along off Kerala coast and Lakshadweep area during next 24 hours, outlook no significant change.
