Nagaland chief minister Neiphiu Rio has conveyed his concern to prime minister Manmohan Singh, who underwent a coronary bypass surgery on Saturday, and wished him a speedy recovery.
In a letter addressed to the prime minister yesterday, Rio stated the country needs Singh to get well soon and return to the responsibility of leading the nation at this critical time while assuring him prayers for a quick return to good health.
