He is clueless why Sushmita Sen is saying “nasty things” about the forthcoming release Karma Aur Holi, says ex-boyfriend Randeep Hooda, who co-stars Sush in this film.
Sushmita has reportedly alleged that the producers are “promoting the film by sending out sleazy stories” and demanded that her bedroom scenes with Hooda be deleted. Reports have also suggested that she does not want Hooda around if she is to promote the film. Forget promoting, this is “not a dignified film”, Sush was quoted as saying by an entertainment portal. Hooda has now spoken up.
“If you don’t want to promote it [the film], don’t promote it, but don’t go out of your way to badmouth the film,” says the actor, speaking to HT City. “It’s highly unethical and absolutely unprofessional.”
Reacting to her charge, he says, “I don’t see any sleaze promotion. By not promoting the movie, she is promoting it even more… so that just defeats her purpose.” Hooda adds that Sush had “encouraged” him “to be a part of the promotion” before changing tack.
