Let me first congratulate you on a wonderful series. The article on the CAG was a fantastic effort underlining the need for empowerment of our constitutional body. It is a historical fact that the political leadership of this country and the entire babudom do not take the reports of the CAG seriously. The whole political establishment, in fact, seems to see the CAG as an irritant. Kudos to you for drawing the attention of the nation towards the toothlessness of the CAG. It’s high time the political establishment became more responsive, and more accountable.
